Why should I come to you?

Give money to you when the market is so full of options for me? What's going to make you stand out and be unique in your own niche? Why even bother creating content offers and products if you're not even sure people will come to you because the market is already too saturated? Let me tell you a secret. The market is never saturated.

It's more like a mindset block than an actual problem. Can you imagine if the new pizza place opens around your corner where you live? What do you think? no, not another one of those. Or you excited about trying pizza again, but made by somebody else. But of course, everybody loves pizza. And that's why it's a good idea to try and open a pizza place.
00:02:58:05 - 00:03:18:10

In this video, I want to tell you the three main step you should take if you want to become unique in a marketplace. Step one, Here's how to find the superpower, meaning the skill set, unique skill set that you didn't know you have. Second is how to find out if this skill set can add value to somebody, meaning if it's got a market.
00:03:18:11 - 00:03:24:21
Unknown
And the third step is to validate if your idea actually has legs and has got a potential to be monetized.
00:03:24:21 - 00:03:28:20

A friend. This is Iacopo and Alessia.
00:03:28:20 - 00:03:45:24

And
00:03:45:24 - 00:04:04:21
Unknown
This video is for you. If you are trying to find a way to monetize your knowledge and you heard somewhere that you need to follow your passion to achieve success. I think it's one of the worst suggestions we get nowadays online because how do you go about it?
00:04:04:22 - 00:04:28:08
Unknown
For this reason, we wanted to do a video where we give you the steps that you need to go through to make sure that not just use your passion, but your purpose to actually make sure your business is going to be a success and actually useful to somebody. So this video is for you. If you've had an experience in your job for many years, you're great at something because you've, of course, passionate about this specific discipline.
00:04:28:08 - 00:04:44:09
Unknown
If you're one of those person that when there is a specific problem in the family or friends that know you call you for a specific thing, you are an expert on that thing. And that's a good indication that this video is for you. If you want to monetize what you know, what you know best online. But let me ask you something.
00:04:44:09 - 00:05:06:02
Unknown
So where do I start? Because you've got all this a great way of introducing this site. Yeah, you're passionate and there may be something I do I'm good at. So do I. Concentrate it on my passion? Or is there a little different path that I need to concentrate on to figure out what I'm good at? Not only what my passion is, but what I'm good at?
00:05:06:03 - 00:05:27:05
Unknown
Thank you. For example, you started your ballet career because you were passionate about dancing and about ballet. But that's not enough because you follow your passion and you got hired by a company to dance for them, which is fine. But you, I'm sure I have superpowers. And then I called them super powers because you never had a great, like the perfect ballet body.
00:05:27:05 - 00:05:43:03
Unknown
You were never the one that could do like 5000 foot days or how do you call them? But you were great at something else without even knowing. The first thing I suggest you to do is to have a list of all of the things that make you stand out from the others. In your case, from the other dancers.
00:05:43:03 - 00:06:05:05
Unknown
What were you? Great at? You might think that you've got a million superpowers, and you probably do, but there is one specific that you absolutely adore and that maybe has helped you the most in your career and is the one that is giving you more motivation also to keep on going. And there was the one thing that people would come and ask you all, but I've got this problem, especially in the ballet world.
00:06:05:05 - 00:06:43:03
Unknown
We had, for example, many injuries and every single person that I've come across, they had different injuries because the body is different in my case was my back because I had scoliosis. I'd have I still have have scoliosis. I still wake up in the morning with pain, but I knew how to fix that pain. I've researched and I worked so hard on myself to fix that specific problem that I'm so an expert on that specific thing that, yes, I'm a very good dancer, but I also am very good at figuring out what my problematic in my back is, how to fix it.
00:06:43:03 - 00:07:05:24
Unknown
And also that can fix a lot of more problem. For example, how to be more flexible, because my back wouldn't allow the rest of my body to let go. So that was my superpower. I can really count two superpowers, exacting pain, fixing pain, improve flexibility and blockages on a very specific point of your body. Someone else might have had a different injury.
00:07:05:24 - 00:07:34:08
Unknown
I still think about people that have knee injuries and operations and so they know they've gone through the frustration. The way of dealing with that frustration, the fact that maybe they couldn't go back to dancing straight away. I have experience on fixing something, something very specific. Right. Exactly. It might be something for them that they know very important exercises based on their body type that can help others to fix that specific problem as well.
00:07:34:08 - 00:07:58:22
Unknown
Isn't it interesting how a dancer or someone your passion can let you discover your purpose as well? Exactly. A passion about being others with your superpowers. That's when things start getting interesting. So I want you to really ask all of your friends or your colleagues, whoever knows you best to tell you your superpowers. Like ask them, How have I helped you in the past?
00:07:58:22 - 00:08:26:02
Unknown
What do you think I am good at compared to anybody else, you know? And they'll start pointing out things that you probably take for granted and you probably think that anybody can do. But that's far from the truth. And that is the list of your superpowers. Of course, your passion is one thing, but you also want to know what you're great at because now we're going to the next step on how to actually find if there is a market for what you're passionate about, but mainly for what you're great at.
00:08:26:03 - 00:08:53:04
Unknown
So let's say I have found my superpower. I'm so good at something very specific. And now what? What do I do? Do I just show how cool I am to people? What is that process that you would say after this? The thing is, nobody likes a no at all. If you go and just show what you do. Yeah, some people might be interested, but the main thing you want to discover is how you can add value to others with your superpower.
00:08:53:05 - 00:09:13:04
Unknown
How can you improve somebody's life or can you fix somebody's problems with your superpower? This is so crucial because just following what you're passionate about does not make any sense. If it's not improve anybody else's life, you might just do it as a hobby, and that's totally fine. But we are talking about business. You need to serve somebody.
00:09:13:04 - 00:09:44:17
Unknown
Just make sure you are adding value to somebody. And that's the first step. So for example, if you are good at training dogs, one of my clients actually is in that niche and she's asked me, how do I find it? There is a market for it. Of course there is a huge market because everybody is trying to train their dogs, but that's not necessarily what they are looking for on Google, on YouTube, and you want to be sure you are tackling practical, specific problems because that's what people need.
00:09:44:18 - 00:10:02:22
Unknown
They need fixes to everyday problems. Like, for example, how do I train my dog not to pee on the couch because it's a puppy, right? And we've had an experience with a cat. I wish there was a trainer to fix that, but I'm sure there is. But we're not typing for the right. We're not searching for the right thing.
00:10:02:22 - 00:10:22:16
Unknown
We just give up on cats, which is why you do whatever. They're not trainable. Actually, they they all say train does. But for example, if you like, if you are in the niche of dog training, you are great at you are passionate about it, you are great at training dogs. Now you want to look into which sub niche of dog training can I add the most value?
00:10:22:16 - 00:10:51:02
Unknown
For example, I can train dogs for the police, which is completely different niche than training dogs for behave well in a household or maybe training support dogs for people with specific problematics. You can branch off in so many different ways and when you start going down the rabbit hole of one specific sub niche, you'll find that the interest from YouTube and Google will go through the roof because it's very specific to your own superpower.
00:10:51:02 - 00:11:13:15
Unknown
Is there something very specific that I can do? For example, if I want to find out if what I'm searching is searchable or if if people are looking for it, what is the practical thing that you would tell me or you to say, go and do this thing right now? Yeah, I mean, the first thing is like, go on Google or YouTube and start typing away stuff.
00:11:13:15 - 00:11:45:11
Unknown
For example, that's dog training. You want you start typing dog training and you find scattered researchers because of the reason I explain before, change your search into how to train your dog, for example, do and then wait for the search bar to tell you what people search after they talked in exactly that sentence. YouTube and Google will give you not what they think, but what the audience they are already trying to look for your services, for your superpower, what their problem is.
00:11:45:11 - 00:12:19:23
Unknown
And by analyzing what YouTube and Google tells you people are searching for, you can say, my God, there are two or three of this things that it's my bread and butter. I can tell them exactly how to fix it because I've been struggling all my life and I know how to fix it. That's when you found your SOP niche and you know there is interest because after you found a couple of videos and then you find more and more articles, maybe you find books about it, you can read the reviews, you see what people talk about, spend some time doing some research because this will save you years of struggles.
00:12:19:23 - 00:12:40:16
Unknown
Like we've spent this stuff. We figured it out in seven years, seven years, and we're still researching their research. And it is also is very cool whenever you find yourself on Google that you type something and the impression that it gives you is it's reading in my mind. It's a it already knows what it is. Look what I'm looking for.
00:12:40:16 - 00:12:59:08
Unknown
And I think that's what you want. Whenever you are creating content, whenever you are doing something for your audience, that you've got this superpower and people are looking for it and you can add value. It's almost like you're reading into this person's mind to help them out and you go, That's exactly what I'm looking for.
00:12:59:08 - 00:13:48:02
Unknown
And I
00:13:48:02 - 00:14:14:09
Unknown
And that brings me pretty much to the very third step that I know you've gotten into the magic hat, like, put out our magic hat. So how do I go on about do validate pretty much what my superpower is if what I've discovered that I'm good at can actually go to market and can be interesting to other people and they say, yeah, whatever you have, I'm going to come and listen to you or eventually buy from you.
00:14:14:10 - 00:14:33:21
Unknown
I would suggest to do exactly what we did the beginning, right? We wanted to hire studios, record videos with made up ideas. We didn't know if that was of interest and we stopped everything we said, You know what? Let's do some content online and see if we get some response. Isn't it silly? But that's the best way to test an idea.
00:14:33:22 - 00:15:09:22
Unknown
Try and do your research first and then once you find your sub niche, not the dog training, superficial high level niche, but the how do I stop my dog from peeing on the couch if that's your niche, stop making videos about it. Like even bite sized videos on TikTok or Instagram. It doesn't matter to you. Why? What we do videos cheap, catchy, viral videos that are actually giving out value to people because you want to try and see if your superpower can fix somebody else's problem and just by creating bite sized pieces of content, you gain some kind of response.
00:15:09:22 - 00:15:36:12
Unknown
It will take a while, but at least you will understand what people respond to. For example, we started by creating videos for your younger self. You thought it would only be great to have a ballerina on my fingertips. Having all of the questions that I had when I was younger. So you started creating videos to help that, but then you realized after a while that you were attracting adult dancers and you said, Isn't it fantastic?
00:15:36:12 - 00:15:57:22
Unknown
I am giving the gift of ballet to adults, people that couldn't access it when they were young. So we doubled down on that content and we created product on that content, but not before knowing that we were serving a specific audience and especially an audience that gives you joy serving because that is a very you need to be passionate about and that becomes your purpose.
00:15:57:24 - 00:16:18:06
Unknown
But if you follow the steps, that's the natural way you fall into your purpose and be passionate about it and validating it using social media, which is free and it's fantastic. And that's a good thing because it's very important to not waste money down the drain There is that saying if you don't have the resources, you need to be resourceful?
00:16:18:06 - 00:16:37:01
Unknown
We didn't have cameras and lights and expensive things. We didn't have the money to hire a studio. We didn't have the money to hire the equipment. So we said, What is the best way to do it? Push the couch on the size, grab the windowsill or a chair for the bar, and let's create something and see how it goes.
00:16:37:02 - 00:16:57:04
Unknown
Same can go for a dog training. Show me how you can do it at home and with the resources that you've got. So with the pillows, with the chairs, and show me how you can train your dog by jumping on and off the couch in a very simple way. Because everything starts from small. And then you can create something bigger when you have the resources.
00:16:57:04 - 00:17:23:19
Unknown
But never, never the other way around. Because otherwise I never agree with having their resources tracking down the drain and not really understanding why they went wrong or what was missing or what not. Because when you don't have the resources, you actually create content that is specific, but not only content, You select the things that you need to do based on a very specific idea, on very specific researches that you do.
00:17:23:19 - 00:17:38:04
Unknown
It's not just let's throw spaghetti on the wall and see what sticks. Doesn't work like that. I prefer really knowing what I'm cooking with or if you or if you're doing it, doing it for free. So at least you don't waste spaghetti. You don't waste that. Never waste. But
00:17:38:04 - 00:17:59:04
Unknown
And I
