You are sitting in front of a computer working and grinding every single day. I said, Why are we still working in the same way that we used to before? When you are working on a 9 to 5, you are trading time for money. Building an online business for us was a revelation because you can you can create products that work for you and this leverage can really have no limits.

We don't create new videos. We don't create new life sessions. We don't create new anything because we spend two years building a library of resources. Then now we can curate the best way to serve people. That's that's the ultimate goal.

It's a beautiful day. This incredible park that we found recently nearby where we live. Do you remember years ago, a day like this, this beautiful day like this would have been probably spent creating videos for the Ladies on the Tapes channel and the rest of the week would have been all the afternoon of me editing them and making sure we hit that one video a week on the YouTube channel.
00:01:31:14 - 00:02:00:01

Instead, we are now here making videos at the park like The Irony of Destiny. But that's the thing. I don't mind doing this video because I feel like we've worked eight years now. It's eight years since our first video being dropped on the YouTube channel and creating a system products that people loved because they managed to enjoy a passion.

They can never enjoy before. We made so many people more alive and healthier this way and also supported our lifestyle, supported the fact that we are here talking about it right now, enjoying our day and sharing it with you. And and actually we are enjoying doing the things that we want to do now, rather than constantly grinding. So I think I came from the visual effects world where you work 12 hours a day minimum and you're constantly under delivery.
00:02:32:12 - 00:02:56:00

So when we started working for ourselves, I was in the same mode. I was like, We need to grind, grind, grind until the end of time, because that's what I know and that's what we need to do. I was working shows as a ballerina constantly, either on tour or a home project at home while in the studio practicing, and I could not not be unfit, you know, for the next show.
00:02:56:00 - 00:03:23:02

I always had to be on top of things. I had to be strong all the time already. I had to be constantly grinding because otherwise if you let go, you cannot take time off. It's impossible to take time off and to enjoy yourself. And even if I had a week off, I would feel guilty. I would feel guilty not doing anything because I knew that everything would hurt in my body if I did not do something every single day.
00:03:23:03 - 00:03:51:24

It's funny you say that sense of guilt. I always had it if I wasn't working. And maybe you feel the same way. Maybe you've been brought up. Maybe in a family with similar values where, like, our parents always work. I have memories of my parents constantly working or arguing about something, a story for a different video. But thankfully, and this is why we work so well together, you you usually you like to freak out when things are not right.
00:03:51:24 - 00:04:13:03
Unknown
And I'm not like that. I'm more like stoic. We we going to move the mountain and we're not going to stop until it's done. But you are like exactly like that. But it's a slightly less tolerance for pain, which is brilliant because every time I feel like something is not right, you are the one freaking out first and telling me this is not right.
00:04:13:03 - 00:04:28:27
Unknown
I'm like, Of course this is. We should be working constantly all the time. And you be like, No, I even find a better way. Find a better word. I even had a source not long ago. We had a little a little bit of an argument. It happens, you know, we working and that's good. It's good. We work together.
00:04:28:27 - 00:04:59:02
Unknown
We live together. We're constantly attached to the hip. And I'm so tired of it sometimes. And I said I said, okay, considering that we are moving into a different direction, considering that we are trying to find a different lifestyle that we had before going in, that we want more time to spend with our our parents, with our people, with our friends as a do we really have to be in front of the computer, be sitting down in front of a desk?
00:04:59:04 - 00:05:21:27
Unknown
We don't have to sit down. We can stand up. Look at that magic, magic at standing up and just ask, why are we still working in the same way that we used stood before? You are sat in front of a computer working and grinding every single day and feeling guilty if you have not delivered a massive amount of work.
00:05:22:01 - 00:05:52:07
Unknown
All right. Because we like that. And it's normal to have your own business like you know that you're responsible for your own income to work for. You're responsible for people and their results. It's not just about you anymore, is about others as well. So it's double of the responsibility. You are responsible for your family. It's it's incredible how it's easy to just say once, now that I have got this freedom from a 9 to 5 job.
00:05:52:09 - 00:06:25:08
Unknown
Yeah, you create a 24 seven job for yourself because we don't change our mindset. And this is something that we had to fight to relax. We're still fighting to some extent, but there's something that we discovered stupidly. It's like it's obvious, but when you are working on a 9 to 5, you're trading time for money, right? They're pretty pretty obvious when you when you create an online business that it's based on digital products, automations, you've got leverage.
00:06:25:12 - 00:07:00:12
Unknown
That leverage allows you to multiply your time, multiply your impact if you set up things right, like for many reasons, people that maybe are like personal trainers, even dancers, I see they are still in. Let me tell you, the session mindset and every hour they spend needs to translate with a direct amount of money. But building an online business for us was a revelation because you can you can create products that work for you.
00:07:00:15 - 00:07:25:22
Unknown
It just requires a lot of work to put at the beginning, to put them in practice, to make people aware that they exist and all that stuff. And this leverage can really have no limits. And it's just the matter of us finding the best way to serve people. That's that's the ultimate goal. So we don't have to constantly work for that to happen because that will burn you.
00:07:25:24 - 00:07:54:04
Unknown
It burnt us out many times and you cannot give from an empty vessel. Is that how you say it? And to this empty bucket? I don't want to be a bucket, a very nice bucket full of nice things. And our job most of the time is with our clients. It's more like changing the switch in their mindset and saying, Have you ever thought about this type of leverage?
00:07:54:06 - 00:08:18:22
Unknown
Have you ever thought about converting this course that probably nobody wants into a monthly commitment a.k.a your membership to support them? Live once a week in a group settings or even 1 to 1 if you want to, but it gives you more joy. It will give more value to your people and you can enjoy the process as well of traumatizing the things that you really don't want to do.
00:08:18:25 - 00:08:46:25

Like, for example, I am very good with technology. Like I can understand the software like that, not talking, not to ignite it. Tik Tok Yes, Instagram. Okay, software, let's say software that is not online. Okay, maybe I'm not, but I hate explaining. Like I'm very good at that. I can explain to you how to create a landing page, how to create an automation and all that kind of stuff, but it bores me to death.
00:08:46:27 - 00:09:20:11
Unknown
I hate it. I'm very good at it and I'm and I'm hating it. So what? What do I do? I spend a long time recording videos whenever I get asked, I question, Hey, how do I do this? Great. I'm going to make a video because I want to fix the problem once. And that's always been my mindset. This is the reason why now, in the legends of this world, we don't create new videos, we don't create new life sessions, we don't create new anything because we spend two years building a library of resources.
00:09:20:13 - 00:09:50:12

Then now we can cue rate, which is a different type of job. It's putting them all in a role to serve a specific purpose to help people achieve something. And it's basically creating assets. You know, when you set money aside, you buy gold, silver or ETFs or cryptocurrency. Supposedly the market is not going to crush those assets, but these are assets and got appreciating value because they produce money for you, they produce results for you.
00:09:50:14 - 00:10:17:17

And in the online world, that's the way you need to think. If you want to make you work. And that's okay. It's okay to grind there. That's that's the other thing. Yeah, there are seasonal seasons that you need to grind, seasons that you need. Enjoy the rise. If you grind, grind, grind all the time, you're in front of a computer, you're constantly worrying about how you can create more stuff, how you can create more content.
00:10:17:20 - 00:10:43:27
Unknown
You lose yourself, you lose your mind. Why do you say that? Because. Because I'm good. I need to get out of this. Because if I don't get it out of my imagination, my inspiration goes with it and it's okay to have this this type of waves and it's important and to also enjoy what you have. Absolutely.
