Hello my wonderful Talent,

Alessia here. We’re back in Verona after flying to London again. Just a few days after getting home.

My suitcase barely had time for a change-over.

The body’s a little tired. The brain? Still catching up.

The soul… buzzing. 🐝

Because the other night, Iacopo and I had dinner with the team at Kajabi,

some of the bosses behind the platform we’ve been building our business on for years.

It’s was a small, intimate evening at the Pavyllon.

A table full of creators and visionaries. And the conversations we were there for?

They go way beyond funnels.

Let's say it wasn't about funnels at all or about lead magnets or click-through rates.

We talked about longevity. Intention.

How to lead from clarity, not chaos.

How to stay human in a space that keeps telling you to “scale or quit.”

And Yes, it’s a lot.

Yes, I’d love a nap.

But I’m also exactly where I want to be and so freaking excited.

Because there’s something powerful about saying yes to the right rooms,

not the crowded ones, not the loud ones,

but the ones that stretch you. Remind you.

Bring you back to your own vision.

I love taking time to think and reflect. I love when discussions challenge me to think bigger and outside the box.

So here’s the question I asked myself as soon as I got home:

What’s one high-level conversation you wish you were having more often?

I’ll write again soon, maybe from a different city, maybe from the beach.

But today? I’m a little busy bee in Verona.

And I’m buzzing with purpose.
